- 01My design hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm EST. I am closed for all holidays reserved in the USA. Hours are subject to change.
- 02Due to the nature of the services provided by By Janay Studio, once your project has started, there will be absolutely NO refunds of any kind. All services and products are non-refundable.
- 03Please fill out the client onboarding form within 24 hours of your purchase. The link will be sent in your order confirmation email. If for any reason the link is not provided you can find it here. Client Onboarding Form
- 04Your turnaround time depends on the service you booked. Turnaround time can range from 2-25 business days.
- 05No, FULL payment is required in order for your project to start. A 50% deposit MAY be considered on certain services, please reach out to By Janay Studio directly by email or text if you have questions about deposit options. I will respond within 48 hours. byjanaystudio@gmail.com 478-451-9718
- 06Yes, when your draft is sent you will be allowed up to 3 free revisions. Additional revisions will be a fee of $10 each. Revisions are minor changes to your design. If you want a re-design you will be charged a re-design fee based on the service you receive.
