
Payments

All payments must be submitted through ByJanayStudio website, or an invoice sent by ByJanayStudio ONLY.​

A FULL payment must be paid in order to begin your requested service. ByJanayStudio MAY consider a 50% deposit on select services, however this is NOT required and ByJanayStudio has the right to collect FULL payment before starting ANY service.​

All payments, including arranged deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that ByJanayStudio decides to cancel a project due to personal circumstances, then a refund will be issued to the client.​

If ByJanayStudio allowed a client to submit a deposit for services, ALL remaining balances will be due before final project is sent. In the event that a client fails to submit the remaining balance, they will not receive their project until it has been received.
Turnaround Times

The turnaround time for a project begins based on the agreed upon date by the client and ByJanayStudio. Please note that this date may not be the same as the date of booking. ​

Turnaround times will include business hours ONLY. Weekends and holidays observed in the USA will not be included in turnaround times. Please book accordingly, turnaround times cannot be changed, but a RUSH FEE of $45 can be paid for a faster turnaround time. ​

If a client fails to submit the necessary information that is needed to complete a service, ByJanayStudio is subject to extending the turnaround time. It is crucial that clients submit information to ensure services are done within the turnaround time that is establishes for each service.​

Rush fees can be applied to any service on ByJanayStudio.com EXCEPT for Website Revamps or Full Website Designs.
Refunds

All services and products available on ByJanayStudio.com are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that ByJanayStudio has to cancel an order due to personal circumstances, a refund will be given to the client. ​

If the client decides to cancel the project for ANY reason, ByJanayStudio is NOT required to provide a refund to the client. After cancelling a service, the client will need to submit another FULL payment to re-book the service. ​

At ANY given time during the design process that a client becomes disrespectful or difficult to work with ByJanayStudio observes the right to terminate any current projects and a refund will NOT be issue to the client.​

Information is of high importance, if the necessary information (i.e. forms, pictures, project details, etc) have not been submitted by the client to ByJanayStudio within 5 business days, the project will be cancelled and refunded due to lack of communication.
Communication

Communication is of high importance to ensure your design is done within the stated turnaround time. Failure to communicate could result in your project being cancelled and a refund NOT being issued.​

If a client has not communicated with ByJanayStudio within 2 weeks of information being requested, their project, ByJanayStudio reserves the right to charge an inconvenience fee of $50 that must be paid to continue the project. If the inconvenience fee is not paid, the project will be cancelled and a refund will NOT be given. If a client has not communicated with ByJanayStudio for 30 days, the project will be terminated and a refund will NOT be given.​

All required information must be submitted to ByJanayStudio within 1 week of booking your service. If a client fails to submit the necessary information, ByJanayStudio reserve the right to charge a late fee of $10 if you wish to continue your project. ​

If a client wishes to re-book a service after failed communication attempts, the client will be required to submit FULL payment to ByJanayStudio.
Finals & Revisions

ByJanayStudio will send all final projects in the following formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf​​

All drafts will be watermarked by ByJanayStudio when sending for client's approval. Drafts received by the client from ByJanayStudio are not to be shared or claimed as your own, they are for viewing purposes only.​

ByJanayStudio reserves the right to post any content made. A client can request a Copyright Transfer Agreement from ByJanayStudio. If an event flyer is made with an address, at the client's request the address can be changed to a generic address before posting content. Ex. 123 Anywhere St. ​

All clients are given 3 free revisions - color changes, font changes etc from ByJanayStudio. Additional revision will be charged a $10 fee per revision. Revisions are minor changes to the client's design. A major change (layout, concept, etc) will result in a redesign fee of $50. ​​

Once a client has approved of a design and the final files are sent to the client by ByJanayStudio, no additional revisions can be made. After final files are sent, a client would need to re-book to make any changes.
